I decided to track what I eat and share it. This meal plan is based off of my calorie range for the 21 Day fix. If you need a larger calorie range with more containers you can simply double the appropriate portions to get in the right amount of containers and teaspoons.
I hope you find it helpful. As I create more plans I will share them.
