Week 2 is complete. The weekends are the most challenging time. Octoberfest, the beautiful weather and people calling to invite is to sit on a patio drinking margaritas.
Recap of week 2 of the Ultimate Reset
Watching the scale go down is pretty fun. Sure there were some days where the scale stayed the same or went up a 1/2 pound but that is okay. There is ZERO guilt involved when you are eating good food that is healthy. When you are only putting fresh, whole foods into your body there is no shame or guilt. Your body is processing what it needs.
TODAY IS DAY 15. The last Monday on the Reset. Next Monday we will not have the book to follow. What will we do? I’ve already started to plan for next week to set us up for success. We are going into the meal plan for the 21 Day Fix.
The last thing I want to do is throw all of this work away. Can you imagine on day 22 just ordering a pizza and having a bottle of wine? No way! I’m on a mission. I am going to do this and I would love to help as many people as possible along the way. Join us. It’s more fun that way.
