The way to be healthy and maintain a healthy weight is to EAT HEALTHY AND EXERCISE.
Isn’t that shocking?
I’ve been a coach helping others since late 2010. Being healthy takes time. Being healthy may also cost money. Sometimes a lot of both. Would you rather pay $100 a month to be healthy than to pay $6000 to get healthy when you are sick? Would you rather be able to play with your kids and grandkids or would you rather have double knee replacement because your knees couldn’t take the extra weight of your body for decades?
No judgment. Just facts. Facts from observations. Today I’m a little pissed off. I’m usually this happy, inspired person but sometimes I’m frustrated. Frustrated when people tell me they want the awesome results but they have zero desire to put in the work. They want it for FREE and they want it QUICK. Sorry but that doesn’t work. EVER.
I’m going to be blunt since I’m in that kind of mood. There isn’t a magic pill. Period. You must put healthy things into your body and you must move.
I’ve helped many people achieve their goals and I’ve also seen people give up. The reality of it taking longer than expected isn’t what they wanted and they would rather take the quick route.
Heather sounds like a witch. She doesn’t know my problems. Yes I do honey. Yes I do! I tried lipo and pills and patches and hypnosis. It messed me up. It didn’t get me to my goal, it made me more unhealthy and caused some of the problems I have now with food.
Do yourself a favor and don’t give up on yourself. Eat like you love yourself. There are no short cuts. Put healthy stuff in. Work out.
