Well here we are. Day 2 of Insanity. I made it through the warm up with ease. As easy as it can be. I was sweating and doing it and pushing myself. I usually have to stop but this time I didn’t. I dug deep and made it. My back is still hurting a little but it is getting better.
Plyo is one of my favorites. It wasn’t the first time I tried Insanity but now it is. It pushing me so hard and I usually end up crying at the end. It helps me leave it all on the floor. If I had a bad thought in my head then it is gone. I can’t even think when I’m doing this workout. Shaun T. is so awesome. He keeps me going.
