Here it is. Day 1. The Ultimate Reset.
Mark lost more weight than me. Of course. Men. I’m sure most of this is water weight but still. 1 day of not eating sugar, caffeine and dairy makes a difference quickly.
Day 1 food:
Multigrain toast, steamed spinach and 2 eggs.
Miso soup and microgreen salad.
Snack was Shakeology (not pictured)
Baked salmon with steamed asparagus and new potatoes.

Week 1: You want to throat punch people around day 4. You have a headache (depending on your addictions like caffeine, sugar, and carbs) and you just want to NOT be in the kitchen. There is a great level of excitement about what is to come but you are still in a major learning curve. I thought millet was a fish. No, it is a grain. You pee a lot because you are drinking massive amounts of water. You drink water and take a supplement 30 minutes before each meal. This is the week when most people quit. They never make it to the weekend. It is NOT that hard. Push through. You can do it. Trust me. I’ve completed this several times and I’m here to tell you that giving up in the first week is what everyone wants to do. Don’t do it.
Is the Reset right for you?
I don’t know. I know I’ve seen a lot of people have great success with their health, not just weight loss.
