We survived day 1. It’s not that dramatic. The first time we did the reset it felt like we survived. This time it felt like we were just living. We were comfortable with the supplements and the recipes. We didn’t have to check the book for everything.
We already know which meals or ingredients we like and don’t like. We know that nutrition is the key. We kind of fell off of the wagon and let it roll over us for a good month. Only one day on the reset and we both feel better.
