Beachbody Ultimate Reset 21 days in review
We did it. We made it through the 21 days.
Today is the 21st day. As I’m typing this I’m about to go to bed and feel amazing gratitude that I completed this. I didn’t give up.
What did I realize in the 21 days?
I can live without chocolate, wine, snacking, and eating out.
I have more self-control than I realized.
I have major amounts of energy based on the food I put in my body.
I have more restful sleep when I feed my body food that is good for it.
I wasn’t feeding my body the best things even though I thought I was.
When I feed my body good food I feel good.
Recommendations:
I recommend this program for anyone that has complaints about their health. Tired, can’t sleep, allergies, digestion issues, and of course weight loss. I hear from so many people that that want to lose weight but very few of them actually take action. I’ll see them 6 months later, a year later still the same. Still complaining about needing to lose weight. I say suck it up! Give yourself 21 days and get control of your diet and your life.
I know everyone is different. Talk to 10 people and I’m sure you will get 10 different versions of the Reset. For me is was a challenge and a blessing.
What did we get out of it?
Great recipes, appreciation for food, appreciation for new foods, discoveries of new ways to interact with our family without food.
Results:
Mark lost 15.5 pounds. I lost 13. We are both in different size clothes and amazed at the number on the scale. The reset pushed us to examine our food choices.
The most amazing thing about this program is that it helped me get over a huge hurdle in my life. EMOTIONAL EATING. If you are an emotional eater then you HAVE to do this reset. It will change everything about how you look at food.
