Here it is. Day 1. The Ultimate Reset.
Mark lost more weight than me. Of course. Men. I'm sure most of this is water weight but still. 1 day of not eating sugar, caffeine and dairy makes a difference quickly.
Day 1 food:
Multigrain toast, steamed spinach and 2 eggs.
Miso soup and microgreen salad.
Snack was Shakeology (not pictured)
Baked salmon with steamed asparagus and new potatoes.
