The food is not over the top strange. Sure the first time I did the Reset I had no idea what some of the things were. The oddest dinner may be the Root Medley because I had never eaten roasted beets before.
Not pictured: The supplements or the Shakeology. We had Shakeology as a snack every day for the first week.
Fruits, veggies, brown rice, quinoa, salmon, chicken, hummus, yogurt, oatmeal, eggs and nuts.
Prep for week 1: You are in the kitchen a lot. I recommend prepping the week before.
