Yesterday we cheered our glasses of water and took our supplements. The Final Countdown, you know the song by Europe, was blasting. As much as we love the results from the reset we are ready to be back to a "normal" life. NO we are NOT going back to eating pizza and drinking wine right away. Week 2 is complete. The weekends are the most challenging time. Octoberfest, the beautiful weather and people calling to invite is to sit on a patio drinking margaritas.

The food is not over the top strange. Sure the first time I did the Reset I had no idea what some of the things were. The oddest dinner may be the Root Medley because I had never eaten roasted beets before.

Beachbody Ultimate Reset Day 5

Winding down day 5 and we are rocking it. I’m down 9 pounds and Mark is down 7.
It is not just about the weight loss. It is about so much more. I’ve spent so many years going up and down. In the last 2 years of becoming a coach the yo-yo doesn’t go up and down as much. It is a few pounds here and there but never a big chunk either way. Except for this year.
