Yesterday we cheered our glasses of water and took our supplements. The Final Countdown, you know the song by Europe, was blasting. As much as we love the results from the reset we are ready to be back to a "normal" life. NO we are NOT going back to eating pizza and drinking wine right away. Ultimate Reset Week 2 Recap
October 5th 2015
Week 2 is complete. The weekends are the most challenging time. Octoberfest, the beautiful weather and people calling to invite is to sit on a patio drinking margaritas.

The food is not over the top strange. Sure the first time I did the Reset I had no idea what some of the things were. The oddest dinner may be the Root Medley because I had never eaten roasted beets before.

Here it is. Day 1. The Ultimate Reset.
Mark lost more weight than me. Of course. Men. I'm sure most of this is water weight but still. 1 day of not eating sugar, caffeine and dairy makes a difference quickly.
Day 1 food:
Multigrain toast, steamed spinach and 2 eggs.
Miso soup and microgreen salad.
Snack was Shakeology (not pictured)
Baked salmon with steamed asparagus and new potatoes.

I'm so tired of all of the bullshit out there. Really. I'm sure you are too. Recently I witnessed fight on social media. A person, whom I will not name, made a video that shammed fat people. Someone I knew shared one of her videos earlier in the month and I didn't find that one funny either. She seemed over the top and like she was trying to be someone else. 21 Day Fix approved.
The entire recipe is pretty easy.
2 eggs = 1 red
Mixed veggies = 2 greens
Brown rice = 2 and 1/2 yellows
Coconut oil = 1 teaspoon
Cook the brown rice. About 1/2 cup dry. (takes about 30 minutes)
When rice is close to ready begin to stir fry the veggies for 3 to 4 minutes.
Add 2 eggs and scramble.
Mix in brown rice.
Add your seasoning. I used Braggs Liquid Aminos (similar taste to soy sauce)
I ate 1/2 of it.
1/2 red
1 green
1 1/2 yellow
